The Jolly Jolie’s Say I DO | Samary Plantation | Eagleville TN Wedding

Joe and Jodie are just my favorite. I had a feeling their wedding would be a blast to shoot, and IT WAS!

There was a ton of rain in the forecast for their wedding day, but we got really lucky and snuck in some shots in between the downpours. We made it through the getting ready photos before it started to look ominous, but the clouds rolling in actually made the perfect backdrop for one of Jodie’s portraits!

This venue had so many great options for pictures! Seriously, between the rolling hills, the cool building packed full of vintage décor, to the cute barn they had their ceremony in, and to the giant open barn where they had the reception, we had plenty of great photo spots.

Everything about the day screamed Joe and Jodie—and that’s the way it should be! They met doing karaoke, so their reception music was mostly just guests singing karaoke. Joe just fulfilled his longtime dream of getting his pilot’s license, so their cake topper was a plane (we also did their engagement shoot at an airport—so cool, right?!). You could tell they’d put a lot of time and thought into even the smallest details.

I was pretty obsessed with all the kids that were involved in Joe and Jodie’s day. The three flower girls, Baylee, Ivy, and Lily were so precious! Lily had a meltdown during group pictures with the girls, and the pictures of that will give you a good chuckle. But once she got all the tears out, she was celebrating like it was her job! She and the rest of the kids at this wedding were definitely having the best time of anyone, especially when they got in on the karaoke action!

The love and joy that Joe and Jodie felt shows on the faces in every single picture– especially when Joe sees his beautiful bride walking down the aisle. My heart just MELTS when I look at those shots!

Congratulations to the Jolly Jolies on the start of such an exciting chapter in their lives! I’m so honored to have been a small part of their wedding day!
